Now they are selling billet lower receivers to the public.</span><br />Accuracy in machining is crucial to ensure your receiver will be compatible with parts from other manufacturers. 17 Design and Manufacturing has razor thin tolerance levels and personally oversees the development, design and machining of every part that comes off the line. They're not like every other manufacturer. </p>
