FIREARMS
All CA Dealers must give us their CL# before ordering. CA Approval Letter must accompany all shipments to dealers:
(2)Possess a current, valid certificate of eligibility pursuant to Section 12071.
All 03 C&R holders must provide a COE in order to purchase C&R long guns:
(d) The person receiving the firearm has a current certificate of eligibility issued pursuant to Section 26710.
No Sales of AK type or AR-15 type Rifles. No Sales of semi-automatic center fire rifles with detachable magazine and any ONE of the following: Pistol Grip, Thumbhole Stock, Folding or Telescoping Stock, Grenade or Flare Launcher, Flash Suppressor and/or Forward Pistol Grip:
(1)A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and any one of the following:
(A)A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon.
(B)A thumbhole stock.
(C)A folding or telescoping stock.
(D)A grenade launcher or flare launcher.
(E)A flash suppressor.
(F)A forward pistol grip.
All handgun shipments to “01″ Dealer FFL only and modern handguns must be on the California approved list: CA Approved Handgun List
(1) The manufacture in this state, or importation into this state, of any prototype pistol, revolver, or other firearm capable of being concealed upon the person when the manufacture or importation is for the sole purpose of allowing an independent laboratory certified by the Department of Justice pursuant to Section 32010 to conduct an independent test to determine whether that pistol, revolver, or other firearm capable of being concealed upon the person is prohibited by Sections 31900 to 32110, inclusive, and, if not, allowing the department to add the firearm to the roster of pistols, revolvers, and other firearms capable of being concealed upon the person that may be sold in this state pursuant to Section 32015
No sales of Firearms to the City of Los Angeles.
(c) No dealer shall sell or otherwise transfer ownership of any firearm without obtaining the right thumb print of the purchaser or transferee on the California Department of Justice Dealer Record of Sale of Firearm worksheet signed by the purchaser or transferee. The thumb print shall be recorded at the lower right hand corner on the back side of the worksheet at the time that the worksheet is signed by the purchaser or transferee.

Law Enforcement officers are an exception and may purchase “off roster” firearms for official duty use.
CA PENAL CODE, § 32000, subd. (b)(4)
MAGAZINES
No sales of magazines capable of holding more than ten rounds.
16740. As used in this part, large-capacity magazine means any ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds
Law Enforcement officers are an exception and may purchase high capacity magazines for official duty use.
AMMUNITION
Beginning January 1, 2018 all* sales of ammunition to California must ship to an FFL dealer/ammunition vendor, who will then do a face to face transfer of the ammo to the end customer as pursuant to 30312 (a) (1) & (b).
30312. (a) (1) Commencing January 1, 2018, the sale of ammunition by any party shall be conducted by or processed through a licensed ammunition vendor.
(b) Commencing January 1, 2018, the sale, delivery, or transfer of ownership of ammunition by any party may only occur in a face-to-face transaction with the seller, deliverer, or transferor, provided, however, that ammunition may be purchased or acquired over the Internet or through other means of remote ordering if a licensed ammunition vendor initially receives the ammunition and processes the transaction…
*The only exceptions are:
Ammunition can be shipped directly to a law enforcement officer (city, county, state or federal) if the officer obtains a written authorization from the head of his/her agency identifying the officer as an employee of the agency, stating he/she is authorized to purchase the ammo, and that the ammo is for duty purposes only as pursuant to 30312 (c) (1).
30312. (c) Subdivisions (a) and (b) shall not apply to the sale, delivery, or transfer of ammunition to any of the following:
(1) An authorized law enforcement representative of a city, county, city and county, or state or federal government, if the sale, delivery, or transfer is for exclusive use by that government agency and, prior to the sale, delivery, or transfer of the ammunition, written authorization from the head of the agency employing the purchaser or transferee is obtained, identifying the employee as an individual authorized to conduct the transaction, and authorizing the transaction for the exclusive use of the agency employing the individual.
Ammunition may also ship directly to C&R holders whose license shows and CA premises address AND who also have a current certificate of eligibility as pursuant to 30312 (c) (6).
30312. (c) Subdivisions (a) and (b) shall not apply to the sale, delivery, or transfer of ammunition to any of the following:
(6) A person who is licensed as a collector of firearms pursuant to Chapter 44 (commencing with Section 921) of Title 18 of the United States Code and the regulations issued pursuant thereto, whose licensed premises are within this state, and who has a current certificate of eligibility issued by the Department of Justice pursuant to Section 26710.
