No sales of Modern Long Guns (Rifles and Shotguns) and AR Lower Receivers within Cook County. C&R Firearms are okay to ship.
Mixture of Cook County Ordinance Sec. 54-212 and AIM Company Policy
03 C&R holders may purchase eligible C&R firearms if they provide both a copy of their 03 C&R license AND a copy of their FOID or an IL Concealed Carry License.
MAGAZINES
No sales of magazines exceeding 15rds capacity to the city of Aurora.
No sales of magazines to the city of Chicago.

No sales of magazines exceeding 10rds capacity to Cook County.
Cook County Ordinance Sec. 54-212, which states: “…(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture, sell, offer or display for sale, give, lend, transfer ownership of, acquire, carry or possess any assault weapon or large capacity magazine in Cook County. This subsection shall not apply to:
(1)The sale or transfer to, or possession by any officer, agent, or employee of Cook County or any other municipality or state or of the United States, members of the armed forces of the United States; or the organized militia of this or any other state; or peace officers to the extent that any such person named in this subsection is otherwise authorized to acquire or possess an assault weapon and/or large capacity magazine and does so while acting within the scope of his or her duties…”
AMMUNITION
Anyone purchasing ammunition must provide a copy of an Illinois Driver’s License or state ID AND a copy of a either a valid FOID or Illinois Concealed Carry License.
Ammunition may only be shipped to an address on either of those 2 documents.
No sales of ammunition to the city of Chicago.
