Semi-Automatic Rifle Restrictions

EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026

Semi-automatic rifles are prohibited if they accept a detachable magazine and have ONE OR MORE of these features:

• Folding stock
• Telescoping stock
• Bayonet mount
• Grenade launcher
• Barrel shroud
• Pistol grip
• Thumbhole stock
• Flash suppressor
• Threaded barrel

Semi-Automatic Shotgun Restrictions

EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026

Semi-automatic shotguns are prohibited if they have one of these features:

• A fixed magazine holding more than 6 rounds
• A revolving cylinder

Handgun Restrictions

·       1. Handgun sales require safety course, background check, and permit.

Firearm Magazine Restrictions

·       1. Magazines limited to 10 rounds.

Ammunition Restrictions

·       1. Online purchases can be made after submitting a valid Handgun Safety Certificate (Blue Card).

Firearm Accessory Restrictions

·       1. Bump stocks and binary triggers banned.

·       2. Suppressors prohibited for civilians.

Pepper Spray Restrictions

·       1. Legal for those 18+ for self-defense use.

Knife Restrictions

·       1. Restrictions on concealed carry of certain knives over 3 inches.

Military and Law Enforcement Exemptions
