Virginia Product Restrictions

We comply with all Virginia and federal laws governing the sale and shipment of firearms, ammunition, and related products. Below are the restrictions applicable to Virginia residents.

Shipping Restrictions for Firearms

·       1. Must be shipped to an FFL.

·       2. Handgun purchases limited to 1 per month unless exempted.

Semi-Automatic Rifle Restrictions 

PENDING LEGISLATION AND CURRENT INJUNCTION

A semi-automatic centerfire rifle is prohibited if it:

• Accepts a detachable magazine; AND
• Has ONE OR MORE prohibited features.

Prohibited features:

• Pistol grip
• Thumbhole stock
• Folding stock
• Telescoping / Collapsible stock
• Threaded barrel
• Barrel shroud
• Forward grip / Vertical grip
• Grenade or Flare launcher

Semi-Automatic Centerfire Pistol Restrictions

PENDING LEGISLATION AND CURRENT INJUNCTION

A semi-automatic centerfire pistol is prohibited if it:

• Accepts a detachable magazine; AND
• Has TWO OR MORE prohibited features.

Prohibited features:

• Threaded barrel
• Barrel shroud
• Second handgrip
• Magazine located outside the pistol grip

Semi-Automatic Shotgun Restrictions

PENDING LEGISLATION AND CURRENT INJUNCTION

Semi-Automatic Shotguns are prohibited if they have ANY of the following:

• Folding stock
• Collapsible stock
• Thumbhole stock
• Pistol grip
• Detachable magazine
• Fixed magazine over 15 rounds
• Revolving cylinder

Firearm Magazine Restrictions

PENDING LEGISLATION AND CURRENT INJUNCTION

·      1. ANY magazine capable of holding more than 15 rounds (rifle or pistol)

Ammunition Restrictions

·       1. Exploding, armor-piercing, and certain other ammunition types restricted.

Firearm Accessory Restrictions

·       1. Suppressors allowed with ATF tax stamp.

·       2. Bump stocks banned.

Pepper Spray Restrictions

·       1. Legal for self-defense with no restrictions.

Knife Restrictions

·       1. Switchblades and concealed carry of dangerous knives are restricted.

Military and Law Enforcement Exemptions

·       1. Exempt for duty use with appropriate ID.
