<p>These are police trade in Colt AR15 Rifles. They do come with the Surefire Handguard with the built in pressure switch and light. The Lights work, but may be dim due to battery charge status. Lights are not guaranteed to come with batteries. There is wear similar to what is pictured on the entire rifle. This includes scuffs and scratches from use and storage on the entire firearm. May be be light surface rust and random markings from the departments.</p>
